** New York orders over $110 per item is 8.875%. The exception is that purses, flowers, broaches and pillows are fully taxable for the entire amount per item, (shawls, ties & extra fabric are not).

*** Shipping charges per each separate address are: $15 for 1st ensemble, $7 for each additional. (A single ensemble is 1 dress plus accessories). EX: 1 dress to 1 address is $15, 2 dresses to 1 address $22.

Aria Bridesmaids, LLC Ordering Agreement

Note: Please sign and read the following agreement before ordering and then fax or mail to AriaDress. We are unable to process orders without it. Most of this restates what is mentioned on the website and we want to ensure that you are aware of our policies before ordering. When "we", "Aria" or "AriaDress" is mentioned it refers to Aria Bridesmaids, LLC.

Completion Date

Most orders are completed in about 12 weeks or earlier from the day we receive the order forms (with orders in from all the members of the wedding party ordering from us). Dresses may be cut almost immediately after receiving the order(s).

Payment

Please note that we cannot start production until the order(s) are fully paid for. Orders completed earlier than projected will be sent earlier. Cards given to us to use are charged automatically without prior notification. A $40 handling fee will be added to all returned checks.

Returns and refunds

All garments are made to order, there are no returns or exchanges, unless item(s) are received damaged or defective, in which case, Aria reserves the right to replace, repair or refund depending on the situation and fabric availability, regardless of what is preferred or what party initiates the process. We must be notified within 5 days of damaged/defective items being delivered and the said items must be returned back to Aria by a ground shipping method within 10 days of the original delivery. Garments that have been altered cannot be accepted. Refunds are never made for defective items where Aria has not seen those items first. Aria never pays for alterations.

Cancellation Policy

Generally we do not accept cancellations, however if we are notified before the dresses has been cut we may issue a refund excluding 25% per ensemble processing fee. A 50% of the order is non-refundable for orders cancelled before they are shipped from Aria.

Fabric

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper fabric care after delivery. To avoid damage all silk garments should never be steamed. Our silk shantung has natural fabric slubs, knots and minor pulls, which are attributes of this high quality hand-woven material and should not be considered a defect. The dye lot or color of the finished dresses may vary somewhat from fabric swatches received. Please order all items together; dye lot matching for additional orders is not available. The fabric and colors indicated on the signed order form are the final choice.

Shipping

Garments will usually be shipped via UPS Ground. (Typically two to five business-days). Shipping and insurance cost for each separate address is $15 for the first ensemble, and $7 for each additional ensemble. Rates are for US-mainland customers only. For customers in Hawaii and Canada a $20 shipping per each address and $7 for each additional. Those outside of the continental US should contact us to arrange delivery and prices may not be available until the shipping date. Aria does not notify recipients prior to shipping what was ordered. Aria charges will not include any duties or taxes that might be assessed for international orders and Aria will not refund anything on the order should the consignee refuse to pay them. Aria reserves the right to adjust shipping or other amounts if they are written incorrectly on the order form or elsewhere. A $12 forwarding fee will be charged for all returned or rerouted packages due to incorrect shipping address. The UPS driver decides if a signature is required for a package, not Aria.

Size and Measurement

Please refer to our size chart on our website to determine your dress size. Our dresses are shipped in standard sizes. Please be sure to take measurements accurately. To achieve a perfect fit, some alterations should be expected. Aria is not responsible if an incorrect size is ordered. It is agreed that final responsibility for choosing sizes will not rest with Aria. Regardless of what sizing advice may have been given by Aria, all those ordering agree to compare Aria online size chart to their measurements and agree that they have the final responsibility for the sizes chosen on the order form. Aria will not fill in the size on the order form for customers. If any other paperwork contradicts the order form specifications (not just for sizes) then the order form is what will be followed. If extra length is desired the $20 in the appropriate box must be written or it might not be made. Please indicate a P or T after your size if petite or tall size is required. The sizes indicated on the order form are final.

It is agreed that under no circumstances will AriaDress ever be held liable for more than the total dollar amount of the purchase. In signing I acknowledge that I understand and agree to the above terms.
